We can't do this without you... We realize that traffic and the future of our parks are very important topics to our residents and we want to make sure your feedback and input is heard which is why we are asking you to clear your calendars for our remaining upcoming public traffic meetings and parks master plan public meetings. We would love to hear what you have to say! 

Traffic Public Meetings:
District 3 residents (SW 168 Street extending south to SW 184 Street) will have the opportunity to meet with the Village's traffic engineer, Marlin Engineering, to discuss the preliminary traffic data that has been collected as we work to complete our Village-wide Comprehensive Traffic Plan on Tuesday, April 11. The meeting for District 2 residents (SW 152 Street, excluding all of Royal Harbor Yacht Club and Paradise Point, extending south to SW 168 Street) will be held on Tuesday, April 18. Both of these meetings will be held at Village Hall, beginning at 7 pm. 

Parks Master Plan Public Meetings:

As we work to revamp our Parks Master Plan, it is imperative that we hear from you! Each meeting has a specific purpose and location and everyone is welcome to participate in just one or all three! 

  • Friday, April 21 at 7 pm - The meeting will be held concerning Palmetto Bay Park and will take place at the Palmetto Bay Park Community Room, located at 17535 SW 95th Avenue, Palmetto Bay, FL 33157.   
  • Thursday, April 27 at 7 pm - The meeting will be held concerning Coral Reef Park and will take place at the Coral Reef Park Community Room, located 7895 SW 152nd Street, Palmetto Bay, FL 33157.  
  • Thursday, May 4 at 7 pm - The meeting will be held concerning future parks such as the Veteran’s park, the woods on SW 168th, and others and will take place at Village of Palmetto Bay Municipal Center, Council Chambers located 9705 East Hibiscus Street, Palmetto Bay, FL 33157.
