Join Dr. Julia Basso, neuroscientist, dancer, and certified yoga teacher, in a morning of movement and meditation. In this workshop, we will explore improvisational dance forms, specifically focusing on composing dance in the moment. We will engage in spontaneous dance making, both individually and as a group, by following your own movement impulses and paying deep attention to others. This class is designed to enhance the way you think and feel, allowing you to be the best leader you can be.
