When Jaden first came to us in September, he wasn't talking or babbling the way 2-year-olds do. He was unable to look people in the eye, and he especially didn't want to be touched. He needed the kind of nurturing, trauma-informed approach our Relief Nursery therapeutic toddler class provides.
Today, Jaden's teachers say that his little personality is starting to unfold. He's making eye contact, and will reach out for a reassuring touch. He's even showing a hint of a smile.
We're so pleased by Jaden's progress, and can't wait for more changes to come!
