YES, GETTING THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION CORRECT ON THE CONTRACT IS A BIG DEAL. HERE’S WHY:
A purchase and sale agreement must contain an accurate and definitive description of the property being sold in order to be valid and enforceable in a court of law. If the “legal description” – or “legal” – does not meet that standard, upon a challenge, a court will declare the contract void as a whole, refuse to enforce it with legal remedies, and either party can walk away with no consequences. Brad Booker, Vice President-Business Banker at SunTrust, invited Russ and Business Manager, Greg Petersen, to a Braves game April 6th. The game started at 7:20, game 2 of a 3 game series with the Miami Marlins. Marlins won, 4-2.

Beautiful weather for a game, warm with clear skies. SunTrust box seats were behind home plate on the 1st base side. Incredible views. Nice crowd at the gorgeous new stadium.
