A very Merry Christmas and Happy Hanukkah season to our family, friends and clients. We are so happy to be celebrating so much of it with all of you. What a year it has been. We are all keeping busy and helping others find new homes on the Treasure Coast and new buildings and land as well.
We recently added a 2nd location in Sebastian Florida, with the recent acquisition of a 40-year-old real estate business founded and run by Rhoda, Gil and Jeff Swiger. We are going to maintain the name of Sebastian Realty and add our Mac Evoy Real Estate Co., brand there as well. We are so happy that they are remaining as part of the team. It has been a busy December so far, with all the details of that. Looking forward to a great 2023 serving all of our north county and Brevard area clients from that hub.
