Mother's Day Luau! Can't bring your mom to Hawaii? Bring Hawaii to your mom! Hālau Nā Maka ‘Ōlali is excited to announce its first annual luau! A traditional luau with ono food and hula entertainment. Bring your entire family to this event and have a great time! We will have a lei stand, a special Mother’s Day packaged gift, and raffle prizes.

Placer County Breast Cancer Retreat    On Sunday, May 15 the Placer Breast Cancer Foundation is proud to bring this Retreat to the women in our community. This one-day event will offer an action-packed day of fun, interactive lifestyle, health workshops, lunch, and giveaways. The day focuses on women’s health and will assess a woman’s ability to “do-it-all” while balancing work, family, health, and overall wellness. Included are mimosas and a continental breakfast, lunch, and some special refreshments in the afternoon. Attendees will also be able to visit vendor booths, participate in some “hands-on” activities, and learn more about how to refine their nutrition and wellness! Please note that you must be 21 years of age or older to attend.

Attaway Pavilion Ribbon Cutting

Join us on May 18 from 5:00-6:30 PM @The Grounds for a mixer and ribbon cutting to celebrate the opening of "The Attaway Pavilion," a brand new entertainment venue @the Grounds. No registration is required for this event.

Sports at Roebbelen Center

Northern California Volleyball Association (NCVA) Girl's Premier League Play in its final weekend. The Region Championship is on the line for these dedicated athletes. Tickets are sold at the door for spectators. The event takes place on May 7-8 and May 28-30.

UA Future West Coast Circuit Session II 3 Step Sports and Zero Gravity Basketball Roll into the Roebbelen Center On May 14-15, 3STEP takes over! Zero Gravity has become the destination for "every team" in grassroots club basketball, from the elementary school developmental team to the high school team competing on the National level, along with the coaches, program directors, and team supporters that provide and share the experience with them! 

Hoopin' @the Grounds Xtreme Hoop Tournaments run throughout the year on Saturday - Sunday with 3rd Grade to HS Boys & Girls teams from across the West Coast. Bring your kids to watch these young athletes show off their skills!

Calling all BBQ Competitors!  Do you BBQ? Do you have a group of friends or family that could form a team? Maybe you are a professional BBQ competitor! Joins us for the 2nd Annual Placer County Fair Rib-Cook Off on June 26! We are looking for 25 teams to cook 30 racks of ribs that are provided.
