Twelve Dynamics is a Tai Chi training system developed by Capitol Sports University professor Dr. Changnian (William) Zhang. It includes twelve movements designed to provide maximum mobility in your spine to increase your flexibility and range of motion. The Twelve Dynamics system can be practiced to increase your core strength and flexibility, as well as to increase your martial arts ability.
This workshop will be focused on increasing strength and flexibility. Shifu
will lead participants in solo exercises as well as gentle two-person exercises. We will not work on applications in this workshop. This workshop will be appropriate for both beginner and advanced students of all ages and abilities.
