And We've Been Busy...

Here at RiverRun, we appreciate YOU and the feedback you give us! We have been listening and have made several changes based on what we have heard from you.
 
We are focused on continuous improvement every day in every way so we can provide you with exceptional cabinets and an exceptional experience. We hope these improvements are beneficial to you, your company, and your customers.
 
In the last year, we have:

  • Converted to a North American Supply chain for improved incoming quality, reduced stockouts, and reduced inventories to allow for new product launches. (Yes, RiverRun is made in America and purchases our materials from American suppliers!)

  • Created a new face frame department to manufacture our current frame requirements, improving ease and flexibility in frame designs.

  • Installed new sanding capability in the finishing department.

  • Changed drawer manufacturing process to improve dovetail drawer quality and implemented the EuroBox drawer option.

  • Improved paint line materials for better consistency and increased resistance to scratching.

  • Changed hinging process to drill and hinge insertion to reduce factory-related damage to doors.

  • Modified the assembly line and trim departments to improve cabinet quality builds and decrease backorders.

  • Expanded wood species options to include Maple and Oak and launched new door styles Parkview and Jefferson.

  • Launched new stain colors: Smoke, RiverRock, Sahara, and Pecan.

  • Launched all paint colors on Jefferson door style.
