I help process daily service order completions that come through from our serviceman. This includes any in-field orders such as connects, disconnects, outdoor light repairs, meter swaps, etc. I also assist in mailing out capital credit paperwork and posting pledge checks we receive from agencies. Lately, I have been learning how to work the lobby, so I sometimes help cover lunches for the ladies who work out front. My favorite part about working at AVECC is the work environment and people. I feel as though it’s been a positive work environment since I have started here, and that motivates me to work harder."
