It's Almost Here

Of course, Lucy, Jim, and Mallorie will be here along with Erin's mom and dad, Phil and Karen Rasberry. Oakley Purvis was in a terrible accident but we expect her to make her first public appearance at our event along with her family, Allen, Maya, and Pine Purvis (HT's plumbers). David, the tile guy will be here along with executive producer Angela Tarrant (who also did a reveal in season 5). Adam Trest, the artist, will be with us along with several of the behind the scenes guys! Presently, we have about a dozen homeowners who were on the last three seasons including Ms Pearl Campbell, Ruiz and jon Rappleye, Bill and Julie Hogue, Rena Register, Lisa Cochran (Helen's House), Jamarcus Ross, Marian Barnes, Deanna and Scott Donnelly, Donelle Thornton, Suzanne Williams, Amy Luker, Stephanie Masterson, Tiffany and Justin McElroy(last week's home), Michael McKinnon(The Rasberry Building), Caroline and Cory Burkes, Gwen and Mike Douglas, and so many more! Wow, and we still got more calling in! :) Should be exceptional. David Shelfield, former lead writer for Saturday Night Live and Eddie Murphy's writer will be here too!

You just might have one or two people to talk with! :)

We will also be celebrating Aunt Bert's 95th birthday! That's my mom's sister who was part of the "Bird Dog" episode. She'll be here to welcome each of you!

The party begins at 5 p.m. cst. Everything is FREE! Mallorie is making her, now famous, jambalaya. Brent and Katie Freeman will be providing smoked chili! Ken Keyes will be doing hushpuppies and sausage and we have the "Corn Dog" truck from the fair! Plus, open bar with our favorite bartender and his team, Johnny Hobson. Water, tea, sodas, beer, wine, and some harder stuff.

The iconic entertainer with 30 top 40 country hits is still the best entertainer in the country as far as I'm concerned. We go back 41 years when I first booked him. With hits like "Older Women", "The King Is Gone", "It's Only Make Believe(with Conway Twitty), "In A New York Minute", "Personally", "You're Gonna Ruin My Bad Reputation", "Watching Girls Go By", "Wandering Eyes" and so many more, he has craved a niche into country music history. Along with that he has been the voice of Elvis Presley in every movie and television series since Presley's passing. He'll be here with FULL band in the back yard. In addition to Ronnie is country music star Jeff Bates. Jeff had the monster hits, "The Love Song", "Long Slow Kisses" and "I Wanna Make You Cry". Named the voice closes to Conway by Twitty's fans, you might just be in for an incredible evening. Plus, we added the world famous, Dixie Echoes, one of America's most loved gospel groups. If you're wondering why, just imagine a few of Elvis songs by Ronnie with the harmony of the Dixie Echoes. Diana Goodman, Elvis' former girlfriend and a Hee Haw Honey will be here to say "hello" and visit with you as well. Oh my goodness, what a night! THAT is how much we appreciate you loving "Home Town"! Thank YOU!!!

If there is a high percentage chance of rain or cold, we will move the party to our entertainment center at 401 Central Avenue (downtown)!
