Happy National Recovery Month!

Happy National Recovery Month! This year’s Recovery Month theme, “Recovery Is for Everyone: Every Person, Every Family, Every Community” reminds people in recovery and those who support them that no one is alone in the journey through recovery. Everyone's journey is different, but we are all in this together. In the spirit of this year’s theme, let’s remember how important it is to be that lifeline to recovery for people struggling with addiction or mental health issues. If we can help one of your clients in need of a specialized addiction treatment, contact us.

Breathwork at South Coast Behavioral Health

Breathwork is one of our clients’ favorite integrative approaches at South Coast Behavioral Health. We often hear how our breathwork groups have supported clients’ recovery by helping them feel more connected to themselves and able to achieve a calm, relaxed state of awareness. Led by Sean Forster, our breathwork groups create a space for somatic experience and expression while clients reprocess emotions and memories.
