MOVE IN
Set up your space and make sure you have what you need.
We look forward to welcoming you this Wednesday. As you plan for the day, remember the following:
PRIOR TO COMING TO CAMPUS, students will check in at the Lawrence Joel Veterans Memorial Coliseum(LJVM, aka The Joel), at 2825 University Parkway, Winston Salem, NC 27105.
Check-In will run from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Incoming first-year students are encouraged to arrive during their suggested move-in window shared on the Move-In Hub.
Move-In Assistance will only be available from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. in South Campus communities.
If you plan to arrive after 4 p.m. , please let our office know by completing this After Hours Arrival form.
In order to best manage traffic flow, we encourage new students, and those traveling with them, to enter campus via University Parkway or Reynolda Road.

A reminder: pets are not allowed in residence halls unless they are a University-approved support animal. We encourage you not to bring pets during move-in.
