As of right now, we don't have an exact opening date, as the government timeline keeps changing. Currently we are busy preparing for that day, and we will be in direct contact with you as soon as we have a concrete reopening date. The safety of our clients and staff takes precedent, and we will not open our doors until it is safe to do so.
(For the time being we have also suspended our online booking site and we will be reorganizing current and future appointments that have been made).
Changes You'll Notice at Personal Best:
There will be some new protocols at the salon to keep our guests and staff as safe as possible, while maintaining the highest quality of service that you expect from us. We have taken advantage of this time away to train our staff on sanitization and sterilization standards and procedures. Our number one priority is to make sure our guests and staff feel safe and comfortable.
Health checks and pre-screening.
Please stay home if you have a temperature, feel ill, or have been around anyone that has been sick.
We will have a thermometer available when you enter the salon and we will have to refuse service if you have a temperature or are expressing symptoms.
Masks will be required.
A mask must be worn for the entire service. You are welcome to bring your own or we can supply you with one for $3 (while supplies last). If you refuse to wear a mask we will have to refuse service.
Practice social distancing.
We will be spacing out our guests throughout the salon to keep a safe distance of at least 6ft from others. No one will be permitted to wait in the salon in our common areas.
Stay in your car.
When you arrive at the salon for your appointment please stay in your car. We need that time to prepare for your visit and sanitize our stations. We will call you when it is time to come in, and we will meet you at the door of the salon.
It is very important that we have your current cell phone number on record
, if you think that we need to update your contact information, please call or email us.
Wash your hands.
Please wash your hands before the start of our service. We will provide hand sanitizer that will need to be used before and after the service.
*(Due to the virus being airborne there will be no blow drying at this time.)*
As we get adjusted to this "new normal" we will do our best to keep things running as smoothly as possible, while meeting all of the federal, state and local safety guidelines. Please be patient with us as we may experience some timing issues in the beginning as we get going.
For those who may have already scheduled appointments, you will be hearing from us soon. We may have to adjust the time of your appointment, and will be happy to go over our new protocols and cover any questions or concerns you may have.
