Happy New Year!
What a year for ROI Search Group! As the new year is in full swing, we'd love to reflect back on all of the great things this team accomplished in 2019 and how we helped so many of our clients! A big thank you!
We closed the year out with 3 new jobs in the last week alone - that is 18% growth since 2018!
While a number is only a number, it represents the confidence, loyalty and trust our clients have in us. We love what we do, and we do this work authentically and transparently. We are grateful for the continued business and allowing us to help with this important work.
I was thankful to be appointed to VP Chair of CEO selection committee for a local organization, as well as adjunct faculty for the
Richard M. Fairbanks School of Public Health
. I am also very much looking forward to teaching again for the
O'Neill SPEA
at IUPUI for the Executive Education Program, as well!
This year, we were able to hire another Client Consultant, Stephane Egle and a new spring intern from
IU
!
We expanded our services to
Physician Recruitment
and outplacement services and career transition services, which was a wonderful addition to our suite of services. We also expanded into contract staffing, as well.
And last, but certainly not least, we were blessed to be able to give back to Anna's Celebration of Life Foundation, Our Lady of Grace School, Susan G. Komen, to name a few, among many others our clients recommended. We continue to give 1% of every $1 from each recruitment.
As we ramp up for 2020, we will continue to find the unfindable candidates and provide our clientele with the consummate candidates for open, critical and hard-to-recruit-positions.
