Our Naturopathic Doctors will continue to provide Virtual Care (phone/video consultations) predominately. For those that require an in-person assessment or treatment (including acupuncture) where the benefit to in-person care outweighs any risk to patients or staff, in-clinic shifts will be available beginning June 9th. All in-clinic appointments can be scheduled by phone or email through reception, and all Virtual Care can be scheduled in this way or through our
online booking site
We ask that all patients follow our general policies listed above including wearing a mask. A partition has been placed on the desk to create a safe barrier for you and your ND to have a conversation without masks if you are comfortable with that. Anytime you and your ND are not divided with the barrier (for exam, acupuncture needle placement/removal, injection, etc. we ask that you both place your masks on.
Products and Tea
are always available for purchase. Natural Health Product packaging will be sanitized upon arrival to the clinic, and increased protective precautions will be taken when blending teas. If you would like to purchase products without an in-clinic visit, we ask that you call or email ahead of time so that we can prepare your order to minimize time spent/number of people in the clinic. We will continue to offer our "contactless pick-up" service during our reception hours (listed below), in which your package is prepped and left for quick pick-up just outside our door at a convenient time for you.
