We need volunteers!

Summer is fast approaching and we NEED VOLUNTEERS to help us get the school ready for the upcoming school year.

Holy Cross Needs Belize Mission Teams. Are you looking for a Belize mission project or know a church looking for a project for an adult or youth mission trip? We need your help! We have a lot of projects to do this summer and would be grateful if you could lend a hand. We have openings for teams to help with many essential projects. These projects include playground improvements, painting, and roof replacement.

Traveling to Belize is now much easier and safer! After the number of covid cases went down the Government of Belize removed the mask mandate and lifted the curfews.

Our students are now all having face-to-face classes fully and we couldn’t be happier to have all these smiling faces back. To keep up with the return of students, Mr. Freddy (our maintenance man) has been busy repairing students' furniture and making sure everything is ready for the students.

St. Stephen's Mission Trip

We were joined by five kindhearted members of St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church in Edina, Minnesota. They spent their week brightening the walls with paint, installing molding, finishing other tasks, and even donated laptops. We at Holy Cross are very grateful for the support we have gotten from St. Stephen’s and the volunteers who continue to make a meaningful difference in the lives of many here at Holy Cross. St. Michael's Mission Trip 2022

St. Michael's team was the first among many mission teams to work on the House of Grace in 2019 and they continued to work on the house on their most recent trip. This team of nine spent their week working with Mr. Freddy on various projects around the school.

Child Stimulation Month

Child stimulation month is celebrated every year in the month of March. This event has been celebrated by Belizean educators since 1984! Serving as a reminder to parents of how important early childhood education and development are.

Holy Cross Preschool joined this year’s countrywide celebration under the theme “ We are strong, learning, and growing.” Read more.
