Gratitude is always the way home. The RACI Office is thankful to serve seven counties of REALTORS® in central Indiana. Be thankful for the moments with your loved ones!

RACI Office will be closed Thursday, Nov. 23 & Friday, Nov. 24, 2023 in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday.

We will resume regular office and support hours Monday, Nov. 27.

The Sitzer/Burnett verdict does not prohibit the practice of making offers of cooperating compensation, NAR attorneys said Monday at NAR NXT, The REALTOR® Experience, in Anaheim, Calif. Listing brokers decide how much compensation to offer to serve in their seller’s best interest.

'24 REALTOR RENEWAL DUE NOVEMBER 30

Check your email for 'Invoice for 2024 Annual REALTOR Dues' issued on October 25. Invoices can be paid online through invoice or Resource Center account due Thursday, November 30.

MONTHLY MLS TECHNOLOGY FEE DUE NOVEMBER 25

A 15% late payment fee is applied to payments made after the 25th of the month due date.
