The Massachusetts House of Representatives released its proposed budget for the use of American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds and it does not include a critical request from the Massachusetts Office for Victim Assistance (MOVA) for $70 million dollars.

Critical care for children, and victims of all ages, is in jeopardy!
We need these funds to fix this problem.

Without this one-time $70 million investment, victims of all crimes, including child sexual abuse and exploitation, will face a dramatic cut to funding and services.
