Celebrating God’s Faithfulness to CVCA

Student Volunteer Opportunties

CVCA High School Students,

We want you to get involved with the Royal Evening this year! Student volunteers are so important to make the Royal Evening a special event. There are opportunities to help with plating and serving the dinner as well as cleaning up.

Student volunteers should arrive at Royals Fieldhouse at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 8. You will be served dinner and receive training on what you will be doing before the doors open at 5:00 p.m. for the Royal Evening guests.

You will get eight service hours for your help! We will have you check in at the Royal Evening so that your volunteer hours can be verified.

  • Please wear a good-fitting white button-down shirt with black pants and dark, neutral-colored shoes. We will provide a bow tie.
  • There is always some downtime during the evening when you will be required to wait in the Cafeteria. You might want to bring homework or something quiet to do if that happens.
  • If you drive yourself, park in the Walsh lot. A bus will shuttle you to CVCA.
  • Plan to stay until 10:00 p.m. to help clean up.

If you are interested in volunteering, please click the button below where you can sign up through the Helper Helper app. First preference is given to 11th and 12th-grade students, but all high school students are invited to sign up.
