We need you to submit your sales tax exempt form if you have not! Do it now to avoid any interruptions!

Dear Injured Gadgets Customer,

In 2018 the U.S. supreme court decided that states may charge tax on purchases made from out-of-state sellers (South Dakota v. Wayfair,Inc.), even if the seller does not have a physical presence in the taxing state. As a result, Injured Gadgets is now responsible for charging and
withholding state sales tax from customers who do not maintain a resellers license. We have engaged Avalara as our sales tax administrator, and they will be contacting you to get the information needed to ensure we our compliant with these changes.

Please note, if we do not have an active sellers license for you or your company then we are required to charge sales tax. This change will be implemented within our system over the next 3-5 weeks. In the interim, if you would like to forward over your resellers license prior to
contact from Cert Capture, we encourage you to do so by emailing a copy of your resellers license and appropriate state exemption forms along with your customer # to [email protected] or register directly via this link:
