We’re Adding Swim Reservations!

We have exciting news! Beginning April 15, we will be increasing the number of swim reservations. That means more members will have the opportunity to swim. Rest assured, we will still be operating within capacity limits (33%) set by the City. The changes are as follows:

Three swimmers will be permitted per lane. Circle swimming will be in effect.
You will continue to sign up through our website or Asphalt Green app, but you will now only book a time slot.
When you arrive, proceed to the pool deck. Please note, you may access the pool no earlier than five minutes prior to your reservation.
Swimmers will choose their lane when they arrive. Available lanes will be designated by speed. Fill each lane with two swimmers first. Once there are two people in each lane, an additional person may join. There is a maximum of three swimmers per lane.

No Show Policy Effective April 15: Cancellations require 24-hours' notice. If you accrue three no shows or late cancellations (within two hours of your reservation), your registration capabilities will be suspended for seven days. After seven days, you will be able to book a swim, Masters, fitness center, or group exercise reservation. After a third no show, every subsequent no show will result in a one-week suspension. All no-shows and late cancellations will reset quarterly. Please note, you must cancel online or through the Asphalt Green app. The only exception is you must call your campus's main number if you need to cancel within two hours of your reservation.
