I personally believe the earth is round...and I think it is worthwhile to continuously practice expanding my understanding of the reasoning that others have for their beliefs and non-beliefs. This video will provide some high-quality reps for just listening to understand - an important capability while standing on the "divide of an epistemic conundrum."

Update: TEAM NAPERVILLE contributed 638,324 burpees since we started in 2018 and contributing still in 2020. It was an audacious goal for the CourageFoundation and SEALFIT community as a whole to do 22 million burpees. We’ve done 20,192, 350 burpees and raised ~1/4 million $ so far. HOOYAH

The January, 1 mile of walking lunges is done. Nothing crazy -we take our time - it takes us between 60-90 minutes depending on conditions at NNHS track. If you'd like to join us in February (or any other month this year), in person or virtual (specific dates/times TBD)...consider yourself invited.
