We are Back!
Beginning the week of June 21st we will begin training Outdoors and still under Provincial Guidelines of Physical Distancing and groups less than 10.
We will be starting our Elite Summer Training Program for athletes 14+, and we'll resume our U14 and Adult training programs as well (schedule below).
With the demand for training right now, and the limited time available, Private Sessions are not available at this time. However you can set up your own Private Small Group training session.
Small Group sessions will be $30+HST/each and will be 60 Minutes long.
As we will be Outdoors, we are only going to start by training 3 days/week to allow us to work around Rain Days/Extreme Heat days without missing any valuable parts to the program.
We will gradually return to our 4/days a week with Saturdays as make ups as we progress.
I should clarify, even though the training will be outdoors we will still be using weights. Our training and your RESULTS will not suffer.
