As toddlers, Evan and his younger brother , were placed in Child Crisis Arizona’s Emergency Children’s Shelter after suffering unimaginable abuse and neglect. Make the Holidays Brighter for Children & Families in Need Help us empower families in our programs by providing the gift of choice this holiday season. We would like to ask you to donate gift cards for families to purchase food, clothing and basic needs, and enjoy fun, family experiences that strengthen their bond and create memories. Our goal is to provide gift cards for 1,200 families in our programs. With your help, we can provide every child and every family the experience of going to a store and selecting exactly what will be the most beneficial for them to fulfill the basic needs for their families, and give them their independence and dignity. Volunteers Bring Warmth & Fun to Fall Family Festivities We want to say a big thank you to all of the volunteers who helped make October a month to remember. Thanks to VIP Kids for creating fall-themed decorations. Vantage IRA volunteers helped kids with arts and crafts projects at the Fall Festival. At the Foster Care and Adoption Halloween Party, Wells Fargo volunteers joined forces with National Charity League Ahwatukee to help with fun and games, and photographer Laura McLane took great photos of the families. Wells Fargo volunteers also helped to set up a "costume shop" for the children living in the emergency shelter. We can't say enough about the fantastic volunteers who play an important role in our day-to-day operations and in the success of our family events. They're awesome!
