Members can add Coming Soon properties as of today, but the agent(s) MUST abide by the Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer "Stay Safe, Stay Home" executive order and the Southeastern Michigan MLS Policies.

A new status option has been added to the Paragon MLS.
Accepting Backup Officer (ABO): Seller is accepting backup offers, but currently has an accepted offer on the property. The listing must be input into the MLS as Accepting Backup Offers (ABO) status within 24 hours.

Message from the Southeastern Michigan MLS BOD Active listings in the MLS
During the ‘Stay Home, Stay Safe’ Executive order The Southeastern Michigan MLS IS allowing agents to input their listings with information provided by the seller (such as photos, videos, measurements, etc.) into the MLS. Agents will be able to block out showing the property until the ban is lifted without being fined by the MLS (current policy states 7 days). We are requesting the following language in the agent remarks “Due to the ban on travel and non-essential services, the property cannot be shown until COVID Stay Home, Stay Safe Executive order has been lifted”.
