Hello,

With each passing year I’m in this business I become more grateful for the opportunity I have. I love hearing people’s stories of how they have gotten to where they are and providing guidance to get them further down the road of life. We appreciate you and are thankful you’re reading our newsletter and listening to our podcast!

One of our goals is to produce new pertinent retirement planning content every week. While we’ve sent the newsletter out for quite a while, about 27 weeks we ago we began releasing a new audio recording in the form a podcast each week.

Our desire is to be on the cutting edge of retirement and financial planning, and to pass that information along to you. We work tirelessly at this, and we are thankful to have you reading our newsletter.

I pray that you’ll have a blessed Thanksgiving holiday. Despite our difficulties in 2020, we are living in the absolute best time there ever has been to be alive. Just think about it. I think you’ll agree.

We have modern conveniences that even our grandparents couldn’t have imagined. I encourage you to slow down and list the things you are thankful for. When times get agonizing, pull that list out. It’s sure to brighten your disposition!

On the podcast this week, I wrap up a two-part serious on Empowering Women in Retirement. You may read last week’s newsletter by clicking here.

On this show, I discuss what you can do to help yourself in retirement. Also, I discuss what to look for in a financial advisor. I expand on the list below and explain at length each of these points. Click here to listen to the show.

5 Criteria for an Advisor

•      Listen
•      Open and honest
•      Respond in a timely manner
•      Speak clearly
•      Create a written retirement plan and review regularly

We hope you have a wonderful week! We’ll be back in your inbox next Wednesday!
