As one of the few remaining independently owned 24/7 emergency hospitals in the US, we sometimes find ourselves in a position that requires difficult decisions, especially as it relates to the volume of patients that need our help. But we want you to know:

• We will always welcome your call regarding a patient in need
• We will be transparent in our communication with you and your client regarding wait times, cost of care, and prognosis 
• We always provide pet owners with written estimates for treatment plans and obtain their authorization to proceed (unless lifesaving measures are required immediately)
• We always encourage clients to follow up with their primary care veterinarian 
• We will provide care and services within our ability and when beneficial, suggest referral to a specialist  
• We will remain open and fully staffed throughout the holidays, that’s why we’re 24/7 
• We appreciate the opportunity to collaborate with you as health care partners
