John R. Timmer is counsel at Robson & Robson, P.C. and focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation matters. John has more than twenty years of experience in a wide variety of litigation matters on behalf of individuals, businesses, and government agencies on both the plaintiffs’ and defendants’ sides. John has experience trying both jury and non-jury cases in Pennsylvania state and federal courts, representing clients in a variety of arbitration matters at all stages, and litigating appeals in both federal and state courts. Prior to starting at Robson & Robson, John was a partner at a large civil litigation defense firm in Philadelphia and also worked at a prominent plaintiff’s class action firm. |
