City Council Sworn In
On May 9th, registered business rate-payers took to the polls to vote for their representatives on the City Council.
Current Councillors Nicholas Swan, John Harvey MBE, Dennis Tucker and Larry Scott were all successful in their bids. They joined Mayor Charles Gosling and the four Residential Councillors - Henry Ming, RoseAnn Edwards, George Scott and newcomer Jenefer Brimmer at a swearing-in ceremony this morning in the Mayor's Parlour.

The public are reminded that major BELCO infrastructure will be arriving in Bermuda this weekend and will start the slow and steady journey from No.1 Car Park to BELCO at
6:30pm on Tuesday, May 14th
There will be rolling road closures as the equipment makes its way through the streets of Hamilton and ultimately on to Cemetery Road via Cedar Avenue and St. John's Road.
Mothers Invited To Heal Together
A special prayer service for all mothers, grandmothers and godmothers who have lost children, will be held at the Hamilton Seventh-Day Adventist Church on Saturday, May 11th. 
11am until noon
Join Dee-AH Iris for a special prayer and to receive a special gift. There will be professional support on hand and information on the resources available to help grieving mothers.
