Operations and Technical Assistance Associate

The New Jersey State Council on the Arts currently has an opening for the position of Operations and Technical Assistance Associate. We're looking for highly organized, detail and deadline-oriented candidates who have experience with management systems, finance, and making sense of data. Responsibilities will include operations and processes related to purchasing, contractors, vendors, records, grants administration, and providing technical assistance for the field in grants management in SAGE (System for Administering Grants Electronically). Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, and Adobe preferred. This is a full-time, hybrid work position, with the main office located in Trenton, New Jersey.
