REMINDER: Students are considered tardy after 8:12 am. Tardies accumulate for each quarter. At three (3) tardies, the student will begin losing break or recess privileges in order to make up any work missed. After six (6) unexcused tardies, students will begin serving a ½ hour detention starting at 3:30 pm for each additional tardy in that quarter. A $10 fee will be assessed to the parent for each detention served to cover the cost of a detention supervisor.

This day is SEE YOU AT THE POLE where students get the opportunity to unite and pray before God interceding for their generation. While everyone is gathered together in prayer, it is a great opportunity for you to join your faith with ours.

A prayer rally will take place immediately following the student's prayers. Our hope is that you will join us to make a prayer tunnel. As the students and staff go through the tunnel, pray a blessing over each person asking for the Spirit of the Lord to be with us.

Our UCS Spiritual Overseers would like to invite our parents, grandparents, and friends to join us for prayer meeting. We meet every Monday morning at 8:15 am to pray for our students, families, teachers, staff, and school.

2026-2027 Required Physical & Immunization Schedules:

Physical with immunization schedule:

K5 and 6th, due by October 15, 2026

    Dental Exam: K5, 2nd, 6th 

due by  May 15, 2027

Vision Exam: K5 due by October 15, 2026

Sports Physicals: 

Due by first day of practice for 4th - 8th grade students participating in any sport including cheer.

There is an Illinois State form to be turned in to the School Office for each of these required exams. Forms are provided by the physician's office.

We are excited to announce Unity Christian School is a CCAP provider. What does that mean? 

The program will help pay for childcare costs for ages 3 -12 years old for Summer Camp and Pre-K during the school year for those who qualify.
