Cost & Pricing Analyst


Experience in costing government contracts in the aerospace and defense industry. Ensures pricing and cost meet federal acquisition regulations, FAR, and FARS. Develop and review proposals for fair costing. Create pricing templates. Assist program managers in writing and creating effective and compliant estimates. Assist CEO with reviewing quote/contract proposals to ensure compliance with FAR and FARS as well as maximizing profitability.

Program Manager


Experience in managing programs for aerospace, defense, or military industries. Manage program from request for a quote to the final product. Review purchase orders for correct pricing and special notes. Facilitate meetings to review the order before it is released to production. Ensure the program is running on time and communicate any issues that may prevent the parts from being delivered on time. Understand Printed Circuits Board and Assembly of Printed Circuits Board industries. Experience in electronic component purchasing is beneficial.

Program Manager Assistant


Provide Program Managers with support in all areas of program management. Follow up on quotes, buys, stock room discrepancies, and any missing information from the customer. Review quotes and Sales orders for accuracy as requested. General communication with stock room and production. Must be a strong communicator and well organized.

Buyer


Experience in purchasing electronic components for aerospace and defense industries. Experience in purchasing PCBs, other fabricated items, and commodities is beneficial. Generate accurate purchase orders and track the timeliness of buys. Communicate with program managers and the technical team on any issues. Accuracy and speed are important and must not sacrifice quality.

Materials Manager


Experience in purchasing electronic components for aerospace and defense industries. Experience in purchasing PCBs, other fabricated items, and commodities is beneficial. Generate accurate purchase orders and track the timeliness of buys. Communicate with program managers and the technical team on any issues. Accuracy and speed are important and must not sacrifice quality.

Stock Room Supervisor


Manage the materials department which includes the stock room, purchasing, quoting, document control, and MRP system. Negotiate long term component supply contracts. Responsible for vendor selection and evaluation. Evaluate current inventory control procedures and systems for efficiency and security. Experience in aerospace and defense industry is required. Knowledge of COMSEC procedures is beneficiary.

Stock Room Clerk


Experience with handling electronic components is required. Responsibilities include pulling kits using a bill of materials and our internal computer system. Accuracy when pulling kits and a sense of urgency is crucial.

SMT Operator


Operates Mycronic (formerly MyData) surface mount technology equipment. Must be familiar with SMT components. Must be able to pull up programs on SMT machine, load magazines, apply solder paste, and run equipment. Must be able to review own work and look for any mistakes. Experience with other SMT machines will be accepted. Must be willing to learn to operate new equipment and follow company procedures and work instructions.

Tinning Operator


Operates Mycronic (formerly MyData) surface mount technology equipment. Must be familiar with SMT components. Must be able to pull up programs on SMT machine, load magazines, apply solder paste, and run the equipment. Must be able to review own work and look for any mistakes. Experience with other SMT machines will be accepted. Must be willing to learn to operate new equipment and follow company procedures and work instructions.

Hand Solder Operator


Hand solders micro components onto printed circuit boards. Removes damaged or reversed components and replaces with new components. Requires IPC, J-Standard Certification and understanding of solder criteria for IPC, Lead and Lead-Free components. Ability to read assembly instructions and work with paperless traveler - internal computer system is necessary.

PCB Laminator


Experience in operating PCB lamination equipment and understanding process guidelines for various materials is required. Will be responsible for reading customer drawings and specifications and following traveler instructions. Will set up and operate lamination equipment, perform lay up and breakdown of lamination books, receive and store materials, conduct an inventory of lamination materials, operate oxide line as needed, cross-train to operate other equipment as needed.
