At Lutheridge, we are looking for a Head Cook and part-time dining staff to help prepare and serve meals to all the guests who fill these seats! Our kitchen and guest services teams serve groups of all ages and sizes throughout the year. Group sizes may vary from 10 to over 300 people, with most groups ranging in size from 25 — 75 people. These positions are responsible for tasks such as food preparation (prepping food and cooking meals), food service (plating food, keeping buffet line stocked and drinks filled), and clean-up (washing dishes, cleaning dining area and kitchen).
