Here we are at the end of the first Quarter 2020 and there have been a lot of opportunities already to ā€œJust Show Upā€.  I enjoyed seeing so many of you at our Wine and Chocolate Appreciation Event last month, even though it was the coldest day of winter. Our members are out to get their businesses on the map! Your energy is contagious.

Spring is in the air and that gives many of you a chance to get out of the house and into our spaces. Check out all of the March Madness events that we have planned. There will be plenty of opportunities for all of us to get together and promote our businesses. Like on March 10, the International Day of Awesomeness!  Teresa Thomas is giving a 50 Fun Things to Build and Strengthen Your Network presentation at Minnetonka that you wonā€™t want to miss. Plus, weā€™re doing a WORK AWESOME Instagram photo contest that day. What could be more awesome? Then, on March 12 at Park, Ben Theis from SKOL Marketing will present Understanding Google Analytics . You can Get Lucky on Friday the 13 th with a BONUS BlackJack Friday . And, on St. Patrickā€™s Day wear GREEN to get GREEN at Slice of Woodbury (and in all of our other spaces), which is our best attended networking group every month. If you havenā€™t traveled across the river, YOU MUST! You never know what happens when you just show up.

March MADNESS at OffiCenters!

March is the month for MADNESS and we are MAD about our members. To celebrate, we are doublin' the referral bonus for the entire month. Send in your friends and family to tour our spaces. Any signed agreement is twice as nice for you!

The MADNESS continues throughout the month, starting with an Instagram contest on March 10, the International Day of Awesomeness. Post a picture of you or your cohorts using #workawesomeoc and be entered into a drawing for $100. One contest, one day, one hundred dollars! Then, Friday the 13th brings a BONUS BlackJack Friday. Stop at the front desk and play, it might be your lucky day! Finally, Slice of Woodbury is on St. Patrick's Day and we want you to wear your green! In fact, let's have everyone in all of our spaces participate on March 17. Wear GREEN for GREEN! Everyone who shows their Irish spirit will be entered into a cash drawing.
Taking Procations in Our Spaces

The CDC is increasing its communication about the COVID ā€“ 19 virus and we are taking it as an opportunity to share helpful links to the CDC website  which provides numerous relevant resources including  preventative measures, media releases  and public health information.
 
As the CDC suggests, washing hands with soap and water regularly, using hand sanitizer with 60% alcohol, using tissues to cover sneeze/cough and wiping down frequently touched surfaces are all important environmental cleaning measures to decrease the spread of any virus throughout the workplace. OffiCenters will be providing hand sanitizer at the front desks for all clients and guests and will be using disposable disinfectant wipes on the coffee machines, refrigerator handles, front desk and kitchen surfaces as well as meeting rooms several times throughout the day.
 
We encourage each of you to discuss planning considerations and strategies that work best for your individual businesses with your employers/employees.Thank you and we appreciate everyone doing their part to keep our workplace virus free.
OneCommunity Member Randy Shaver Cancer Research and Community Fund Update
In mid-January, OneCommunity Partner, The Randy Shaver Cancer Research and Community Fund, allocated over $1 million dollars to outstanding research and community projects through the state of Minnesota. Congratulations to all who received grants and thank you for the unbelievable work you do for Minnesota's Cancer Community.
