HERE'S THE SCOOP
Be sure to return often to the blog section of VisitKenosha.com! Recent posts include ways to experience the outdoors in Kenosha this winter and a list of locally owned restaurants and shops, as well as other experiences, that have opened here in 2020. Speaking of new, PUBLIC Craft Brewing Co. has moved into a larger space and our community blogger Denise Bernacki details what that means for, well, the public! We’re talking food, brews, records, a music stage, a layout ideal for social distancing, and the brewery’s nod to history! We also have a blog about why you should visit Lemon Street Gallery. Here’s a hint: there’s a holiday gift show going on there now!
FROM HOME
If you’re not able to get out or travel to Kenosha, you can still show your support. Recommend your favorite Kenosha places to your friends, family, neighbors, and co-workers. Leave kind words in an online review. Purchase gift cards from locally owned restaurants and shops to use later or give as gifts. Shop online and/or call to order a custom-made gift basket from Tenuta’s Deli; Kenosha apparel from Jack Andrea or The Lettering Machine; a cheese and sausage gift box from Mars Cheese Castle; popcorn gifts from Sandy’s Popper; illustrated novels and coloring books from Studio Moonfall; or a gift from the Kenosha History Center’s new online gift shop. The options are endless!
