Five Comal ISD Athletes Make SA Sports All-Star Game
Five student athletes from Comal ISD are among the 110 chosen to play in the San Antonio Sports All-Star Football Game, presented by H-E-B, Saturday, Jan. 4, 2020, in the Alamodome. Congratulations!
For 12 years, Comal ISD has hosted district-wide Specialized Training in Athletics and Recreation (STAR) bowling tournaments for middle and high school students. This year's tournaments showcased 179 STAR athletes and many student volunteers.

'Because I Said I Would' Founder Alex Sheen takes a ride with Comal ISD Superintendent Andrew Kim for a one-on-one about what it means to make a promise, and more importantly, keep a promise. Sheen has given out more than 11.5 million promise cards to students across the nation with his campaign. Comal ISD is home to four chapters 'Because I Said I Would' chapters.
