We are back and we missed you!
These past months have been challenging for everyone, and we hope that you are all safe and healthy amid the COVID-19 pandemic. We feel extremely fortunate to be able to welcome our members back to the club. As the state of this public health emergency changes from day to day, we will remain focused on keeping our employees and our customers safe, healthy, and informed. We're so incredible thankful for all the members that continue to support this small business. We've been here for 8 years and hope to be for many more with your continued support!

OPENING August 31st @ 5am


*Fill out a HEALTH SCREEN QUESTIONNAIRE before coming to the club

*Check-in using the contact less check in methods at front door or front desk

*Wash hands/utilize hand sanitizer before beginning workout

*Wear a mask at all times

*Clean & sanitize equipment before & after use
(Towels and Spray bottles provided)

*Bring own water bottle. Bottle filler will be available

*Limit workout session to 90 minutes


*Lockers Rooms will be open but coming dressed to workout is recommended

*Showers will not be available during the phased re-opening

*Bring your own Mat if you have one available

*Guest Passes UNAVAILABLE until further notice

*Indoor Group X classes temporarily suspended.
Fall group x schedule will begin September 14th
(we will keep all classes outside for as long as possible)

*Kids Room temporarily closed (Hopeful to monitor guidelines from state and open by September 14th)

*Let Friends and Family know that we are open and ready for them to enjoy a workout at the club.
If they want to join have them JOIN ONLINE!

*All memberships have been frozen since March 17th. Billing will resume on September 15th. Keycards will automatically be activated on
August 31st.

*24/7 Access will be available. We asked that members abide by all guidelines set up for our re-opening so we can keep 24/7 access available.
*Absolutely NO CANCELLATIONS accepted in club. Cancellations need to be mailed or dropped into our mailbox outside the club door.

Please be aware that our monthly dues have increased. Active members have been grandfathered into their current rate.
