As a result of two generous grants, we offering our student workers paid summer internships. Due to the economy anticipating a 25% unemployment rate, it is harder than ever for students and recent college graduates to find internships and paid work. Our student interns learn and implement business strategies while identifying creative ways to educate our communities on the power of conservation and the perils of litter pollution. These students are the life-line of Barrel Bag. Passionate about the environment, they are eager to engage with coastal communities in which they live and now work.

We are currently looking for donations to power our fall/winter student internship program, helping to support our youth while keeping them engaged and active in doing social good.
