We decided to change our name to give us a fresh new look and create a name that better reflects the community and members we serve.

Our name will change and our signs will change, but we will still be the same great community financial institution you trust, providing the service you love. We have 73 years of serving our members and our community along the lakeshore, and we will continue to provide exceptional member service and great rates.

This is a name change only and will not affect your accounts. In the near future, you will see changes in signage, printed materials, and the look and feel of Route 31 Credit Union.

Marquishia

Teller

Marquishia joins us as a part time teller at the Terrace location, Marquishia graduated from Muskegon High School and continued studies at Lansing Community College. She has over 10+ years of experience in customer service and money management.

Caleb

Loan Clerk

Caleb Joins us as a part time loan clerk at the Terrace location. Caleb graduated from Spring Lake High School and has a BA in Russian Studies from the University of Michigan, as well as almost 10 years’ experience in customer service.

Jayla

Teller

Jayla joins us as a part-time teller at our Laketon office. Jayla graduated from Muskegon High School and is currently attending Muskegon Community College. She will receive her Associates Degree in Science & Arts in the spring of 2023. She has 2 years of customer service experience.

Mark

Marketing intern

Mark joins us as a full-time marketing intern at our Terrace location. Mark graduated from Mona Shores High School and is currently studying sales at Central Michigan University. He most notably works on social media for the sales fraternity Pi Sigma Epsilon and will bring his talents here to update and work on our social media.
