Things may get a little messy in the meantime, you might receive a few more emails than you'd like, you may even get a few odd emails from us :)

The OLD and the NEW
If you've participated in a national LPGA Amateurs or TGA event, then you're already familiar with GolfGenius. See below for a quick comparison of our old Calendar, and the new GolfGenius Calendar.

For your convenience, bookmark the new GolfGenius Events Calendar, and add it to your phone's home screen too.

On the Portal, you'll have a Registration button, and a link back to the Events Calendar
There are many exciting features in the new system, and we'll explain more about those in future communications.

For starters, we can send a number of different automated emails (for signups, cancellations, tee times, pairings and more).

As you may have experienced this past week with the Girl Friend Golf emails, if you choose to receive a GolfGenius event notification email, you can sign up with a single click! (that's so easy!)
If you prefer not to receive the GolfGenius event emails, you can use the GolfGenius Events Directory anytime to browse and register for upcoming events.
Here are your choices:

  • Do nothing. You can refer to the Events Calendar to learn about upcoming events. (You will still receive our newsletters and other general communications)

  • Update your profile (see instructions below) and we will add you to the specific lists that you chose. You will get an email when a new event has been added to the specific group(s) that you choose:

GFG Luna Vista weekly sign up email
GFG Sherrill Park weekly sign up email
GFG Westridge weekly sign up email
Play Day sign up notifications
Tournament sign up notifications
To UPDATE YOUR PROFILE:
To ensure you get only the notifications you would like, please click on the "Update Profile" link in the footer of this email, then follow the instructions on screen.
(see below for what to expect, it's a lot of clicking to get to the profile)
ConstantContact will need to verify your email, so you will first see this screen. Click on the Submit button.
Next, you'll see a confirmation screen saying they've sent you an email.
Look in your inbox for the email, and click on the "Update Your Profile" link
FINALLY! You're ready to update your profile!
WHEW!!!
Choose the lists that you'd like to receive email notifications for, and then click the big yellow button at the bottom.
You'll see a confirmation screen... and you are DONE!
