GIVE NOW

Dear Jody,

We’re thrilled to share that Time Lapse Dance is performing at the Hakawy International Arts Festival in Egypt! This festival, dedicated to bringing transformative arts programming to underserved youth, has invited us to perform six shows and lead multiple workshops in Cairo, Alexandria, and Aswan—all for FREE to multigenerational audiences.

Our performances carry a vital message:

🌿Cultivating climate awareness

🕊️Promoting peaceful connection between humans and nature

This tour is more than just a series of performances—it’s a deeply meaningful cultural exchange that bridges art, education, and environmental consciousness. But we can’t do it without your help!

While we’re honored to have received a US Artists International grant from MidAtlantic Arts and $30,000 in production support from the US Embassy in Cairo, we still need to raise funds to bring our vision to life.

Your donations will directly support our incredible team of nine artists:

  • Six extraordinary dancers
  • Composer Matthew Burtner
  • Lighting Designer David Ferri
  • And our Artistic Director, Jody Sperling

Here’s how you can make a difference. Your gift—no matter the size—will help us share this work that uplifts climate awareness and promotes sustainable, peaceful connections worldwide.

Give Now to bring this powerful mission to Egypt!

Thank you for your support!

With gratitude,

Jody Sperling, Founder/Artistic Director

RECENT PRESS

"I was mesmerized by Emmy Wildermuth’s performance of Clair de Lune, an exquisite re-vivification of Fuller’s unique form . . . Thanks to Sperling’s career-long dedication to re-creating Fuller’s physically demanding, interdisciplinary dance style, our understanding of Fuller’s place in the lineage of modern dance continues to deepen." –Lisa Jo Sagollo, Dance Enthusiast

“[Loïe Fuller] was such a technological pioneer in performance and the arts . . . There is a kind of resonance in today’s rapidly transforming hi-tech world that is a big part of that interest and appeal in how she used her body to create captivating dynamic visuals in her work." Jody Sperling on Loïe Fuller, quoted in Arts-on-Air
