Join our team! The Winnebago County Health Department is looking for a Public Health Aide.
The Public Health Aide functions as a on-site receptionist to answer phones, greet the public, schedule appointments, and route public health requests to the appropriate services.

The Public Health Aide supports Winnebago County Health Department Staff with administrative duties, technical support, and responding to requests for program support for public health staff.

Additionally, The Public Health Aide assists in the administration of specific WCHD programs including participation in program meetings and meeting the needs of program clients.
Required Education & Experience:

  • High school education or equivalent.

  • Ability to obtain and maintain current CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) Certificate.
  • Current WI driver’s license and access to a motor vehicle and commitment to meet and maintain the County’s automobile insurance requirements.
