Dancing with the Stars

Traditionally, the CASA staff would have been busy preparing to host our annual fundraiser, Dancing with the Stars of the Coastal Empire. However, with COVID-19, a decision was made to postpone our annual event out of safety for our participants, professionals, guests, volunteers and staff. So don’t forget about CASA and our DWTS event. We have shifted and moved everything to the Fall of 2021! And of course, if anything changes we will notify you with updates.

National Social Work Month

The month of March is National Social Work Month! We are very grateful and appreciative of every social worker who has dedicated their time and energy to the children and families in need. Over the years, the Atlantic Area CASA, Inc. team has collaborated with the case managers and social workers from the Department of Family and Children Services to advocate for the best interest for the children in our services areas. The role of social worker is multi-dimensional and allows them to work in all areas of the world.
