This Week at Good Shepherd

Sunday, December 7, 5:00 p.m. A Service of Nine Lessons and Carols 

This much loved annual candlelight service, sung by the Alleluia and Good Shepherd Choirs, will include traditional carols, hymns, and anthems. A reception will follow in the Parish Hall.

Adult Formation Class this Sunday at 9 a.m. in the Parlor. Join us for a video and discussion format using Bruce Feiler's book and video series entitled "Walking The Bible." No homework required! And if you haven't come previously, come on in this week!

Confirmation class continues after the 10:30 a.m. service in preparation for Bishop Jennifer's January 25th visit. The class will meet in the Parlor. To register, please use your Realm sign in. Contact Becky+ for more information or to RSVP at rzartman@goodshepherdrmt.org or (570-259-0671).

Snack bag packing this Sunday after 10:30 service. Please join us in the Parish Hall to help with this important outreach program.

Join us for Mid-week Eucharist this Wednesday, Dec. 3 at noon. Please join us again on Wednesday, December 3.

All Choir Rehearsals Rehearse Wednesday. The Cherub and Alleluia Choirs will rehearse Wednesdays with Cherub Choir starting at 5:00 p.m. and ending at 5:30 p.m. Alleluia Choir rehearsals will begin at 5:15 p.m. and end at 6:15 p.m. The two choirs will rehearse together from 5:15-5:30 p.m.

It's Christmas Stars time again! We are making wishes come true for about 40 children. As in years past, you can sign up to purchase gifts of about $100 for a specific child. The child's age, clothing size, and toy wishes are on the list. Please click here for this year's Christmas Star list. (If you can't do the shopping, but would like to sponsor a child, you can make a donation and pick the child's name and we will shop for you)
