This year FX Thunder HOG® wants to get everyone in on the mileage competition! Of course it will only be for our chapter (National H.O.G. is for H-D® Motorcycles only). And now is the time to do it!!
So, no matter if you're a Full or Associate member of HOG, and even if you ride a Honda, Spyder, Suzuki, Triumph, etc., you can still sign up. How?? Contact our Director Darryl Sapoff by text, email or message through WhatsApp a picture your bike's odometer along with your name, make, model & VIN and he'll get you started.
Then, go ride!! At the end of the year, we'll ask you to snap a picture of your bike's odometer once again.

2021 Chapter Rides are Set!! |
Announcing the "2nd Saturday Picnic Rides"!! Happening the 2nd Saturday of May, June & August, we're continuing the fun we had last year. Meet at the dealership the day of the ride at 9:30 and we'll decide where we want to ride to- KSU at 10:30. Bring your lunch or grab one along the way (there will be at least one stop between the shop and the destination).
Annual Overnight Ride- this year to Gettysburg! More on that below.
Our Annual Fall Foliage Ride 🍁 That is set for Sunday, Sept. 12th with a rain date of Sept. 19th if needed. And the destination has been chosen: that is in the Thousand Islands Region. As we get closer, we'll determine the meet-up and KSU times.

H.O.G. ® Rally taking place in Lake Placid, NY starting August 26th through the 28th.
Due to New York State COVID-19 restrictions, the Host Hotel, Crowne Plaza, has had to pull out of the Rally. Anyone who has reserved a room at the Crowne Plaza will be contacted by them to more your room reservation to another hotel.
Rest assured the Rally is still on track! They are working closely with the Chamber of Commerce and Tourism to ensure a positive Rally experience.
Registration has been moved to the Lake Placid Horse Show facility (which is 2.5 miles south of the Crowne Plaza). This facility will also be the set-up and starting point for all rides during the rally.

If you've told Darryl or Dawn that you're interested in joining FX Thunder HOG for a historic adventure, you should now be in on our "HOGs to Gettysburg" group on WhatsApp.
At Saturday's Get Together we did decide on a hotel: Days Inn by Wyndam. Darryl will be contacting them to find out what we need to do to reserve rooms. Once he has that information, he will let us know through the app.

Babes Ride Out East Coast: June 4-6
Narrowsburg, NY

BRO East Coast is a ladies only weekend riding event and campout that takes you on some of the most beautiful routes in the lower Catskills. If you are ready to ride through this historic area and camp along the Delaware River in the picturesque town of Narrowsburg, NY then look no further.
What does General Admission get you?
For now, each general admission gets (1) person:
- 2 nights of tent camping along the beautiful Delaware River (although you can book your own accommodations if you wish)
- Real bathrooms and hot showers
- Unlimited water to fill up your canteen

Those members who requested Reflective, Silver and Tan Large & Small Chapter Rockers, those patches have been ordered and are expected to arrive by the end of the month.
For any member who wishes to get the Large or Small FX Thunder Chapter Rockers, they are available at the dealership.

If you’d like to join the group, all you need to do is:
- Go to your smart phone’s app store and search “Whats App Messaging” (look for their green phone logo) and install.
- Once installed, open and start a chat with Dawn/Irish FXCHD (315-405-7939) -you might have to add her as a contact in your phone.
- In the chat, let her know your name and that you’d like to join the FX Thunder H.O.G. Group.
