Q: I want to view and report on volunteers' responses to Custom Registration Questions. How can I do this?
Q: There is a lot of interest in one of my volunteer opportunities, so I want it to "go live" at a certain time so volunteers know when to expect it and can sign-up on a first come, first serve basis. Is there a way I can do this?
Q: I have volunteers on the waitlist for an event today, but it is showing that there is a position open. Why wasn’t a volunteer automatically moved from the waitlist to fill that spot?
You can speed up the process and make it easy for volunteers to sign-in for a shift by enabling QR code sign-in for your events. And when you choose the QR Code (Express) function, this will provide the volunteer with one code to sign in and one code to sign out -- they will not need to do anything except scan their code, and they’ll quickly be on their way!
