We all love watching the home remodeling shows on TV. Throw a cute couple or family that needs an updated house on the screen, and we’re watching. Remodeling shows are heartwarming, dramatic, and inspiring for your own home. However, when you remodel your own home, it’s not like the TV shows.
We recently finished a repair and replaced a significantly damaged deck on a 50+-year-old home. We removed the rotted joists and old wood boards. We then installed the new joists and TimberTech Azek boards that handle wet weather and wear and tear for longer with less maintenance than wood boards. The client wanted a sleek, modern choice for the TimberTech boards, and they selected maxi-sized boards in the Coastline Gray color. Next, we installed the railing.
Remodeling is a team effort, and now that we’re officially “teammates” on your remodeling project, we thought it would be helpful to everyone involved to have a clear understanding of their roles, responsibilities, and of the remodeling process. We have no intention of becoming a permanent houseguest in your home!
Rich has been able to transform our entire basement and has made it look amazing. It is lovely to have him around and I am very impressed with his skills and quality of work.
