To improve your member experience, we've fully integrated the CBA Apartment CMA database and reports into the main CBA platform! 

With the integration, CBA members receive two major benefits:

• We’ve removed the subscription fee to access our Apartment CMA/sales comparable data and reports. That's a savings of $1,200 per year!
• You can now access and search for Apartment CMA data in the same way as all other CBA data in the main map search.

To search and access Apartment CMAs on our updated search platform, first log in to CBA’s website:

Then, click on “Search Commercial Listings”

Now, select these two fields:

• In the “Type” drop-down, select “Sold”
• In this same drop-down, locate the Property/Building column, and select “Multi-Family”

• In the “Price/Size” drop-down, select “Only confirmed prices”

Your search will now only pull results from the CBAcma Apartment database. You may also use any of the other fields to narrow your search to get more specific results.

Pro Tip: For the most comprehensive report for Multi-Family data, select the Apartment CMA report. 

The Apartment CMA database has been offered as an additional option to CBA members originally stemming from a partnership with Dupre + Scott dating back to 2000 up until their closing in 2017. In 2018, CBA brought the Apartment CMA research in-house and started working on integrating the database in conjunction with the overall CBA platform.

Apartment CMA sales have been researched since 2000 for King, Pierce, and Snohomish counties. Data includes all 5+ unit market-rate apartment properties that are arms-length transactions (some exclusions apply).
