Hello!
Together with Laura Cerniglia, Tracy LaCroix and our entire Westborough Connects Board of Directors, I am thrilled to share some exciting news with you.
After more than 9 years of operating without a permanent location, we are about to have a physical home!
The Hub @ Westborough Connects will be located at 21 East Main Street on the first floor.
This move will not only extend Westborough Connects' reach, it will anchor our presence in the community with a centrally located, vibrant “third place” where kindness, connection, and collaboration can take root and flourish.
The Hub will increase opportunities to:
- strengthen social ties
- reduce isolation
- empower people to take an active role locally
- promote belonging for all, right HERE
We will move in beginning on July 1st and will be eager to invite in the community.
This would not be possible without the continued support of our sponsors, whose faith and belief in our mission have brought us to this incredible moment. In particular, several have stepped in as Inaugural Hub Supporters: Grossman Development Group, Cumulus Global, The Hensley Family Trust, Community Advocate, Westborough Podiatry and an anonymous sponsor. Additionally, Amazon SMA1, CorpCom Exhibits & Events, and EverRise are helping us outfit the space with signage, furnishings and office supplies. We are humbled by their enthusiastic support and belief in us. And, our growth would not have been possible without YOU, our newsletter readers, volunteers, program attendees, partners and cheerleaders (near and far).
The Keating Building is a historic building and we look forward to paying homage to its history (see photos below). The location puts us in the center of it all, with our beautiful community space, Bay State Commons, steps outside our back door.
We hope you join in our excitement and we look forward to welcoming you to our new space!
Yours in community,
Kelley Petralia
