HHQ Welcomes Kylie Miller
Kylie Miller recently joined Home HeadQuarters as the Mortgage Development Manager. In her new role, Kylie will be responsible for first mortgage lending, debt consolidation and special community partner lending programs.
Kylie came to HHQ from a local credit union where she was an assistant branch manager and loan officer because she was interested in transitioning to first mortgages and pre-quals for homebuyers.
"Helping a family purchase their home, especially first-time homebuyers, is truly one the most rewarding aspects of the lending business."
Kylie is an active mom to three boys, all under the age of six, and spends most of her non-work time trying to keep up with lots of family time and activities.

Attention Homebuyers: Get Those Closing Disclosures in for a Chance to Win!
Did you graduate from our HomeBuyer Education Program? Make sure that HHQ gets a copy of your Closing Disclosure Statement (CD) before closing on your home and we'll make sure you're entered into a raffle for a $50 gift card from a home improvement store. A Closing Disclosure Statement is a document that your lender gives you detailing the final terms of your first mortgage financing. Drawings will be held monthly, so make sure you get your CD to us whether you took advantage of closing cost assistance and/or first mortgage financing or simply worked with one of our Housing Counselors. Submit your CD to HHQ via email at info@homehq.org, regular mail, or drop it to us in the office or at our drop box--whatever way is easiest for you! Questions? Contact Marhi or Chelsea at (315) 474-1939 or info@homehq.org.
